My guest, Richard, is a product designer on Facebook's new product experimentation (NPE) team (sort of like a startup within Facebook). He's a self-taught designer who studied pre-med in school, who has worked PlayStation, Shopify, co-founded several startups, and has a found his niche in 0-100 consumer growth products. On the side he has mentored 100s of aspiring designers.

Jordan is a senior UX designer, fashion designer and career coach. He's a self-taught designer who has creatively built his own career, by leaning on his portfolio. On the side he is also a design mentor focusing on supporting minorities via his Facebook Group?.
