I work currently as a senior product designer at Facebook, having previously also worked at Amazon, Microsoft and various design agencies. I've mentored 100's of UX'ers, lectured at Universities across the USA, and am the founder/curator of the UX Designer Career Support group.

Why do you do these group sessions?
Mentoring others is important to me. However, I get dozens of requests for 1:1 coffee chats weekly, and I simply can't accept them all- these group sessions allow for anyone to get answers to common design career questions.
Where do your guests come from?
I have know and/or have worked with every guest personally. I only bring on guests that I personally know are subject-matter-experts on the subject at hand.
I can't make the next event, but I'm really interested in the content! Can I still watch it later?
We post recordings to the ux designer support group after every session. I have plans to create more consumable bite size clips of highlights in the future.
