I have been managing various initiatives on Ford's new "Digital Experience" platform since 2023.
Driving
transformation
at Ford through invention.
Since 2023 I've been helping Ford's Design organization navigate through a transformational time in the auto industry. Electric vehicles, cloud connectivity, and high expectations from our customers are all factors.

Media Casting
For the first time in a Ford or Lincoln vehicle, you can now stream media while parked.
My scope: End-to-end casting initiation, as well as media discovery/playback onto the panoramic display from the touchscreen.
Multi-screen curation and interactions
A truly multi-screen experience was a challenge. The goal was for it to all feel like a single canvas.
My scope: I led a team of several designers providing creative direction and quality accountability to launch the cross-screen curation experience.
Immersive Gaming
For the first time in a Ford vehicle, you can play high quality popular games. You can even pair your favorite bluetooth controller.
My scope: My team aligned experiences related to game discovery and gameplay, along with device pairing on settings side.
Experimentation & Quality
It took extensive testing, and UX QA to ship our V1. Keep an eye out for our improvements across Ford and Lincoln vehicles!

The huge screen was a bold bet, but it's been recieved very warmly!
“It’s a marvel. Gorgeous yet both innovative and functional, the huge screen is a simple refutation of the modern, fussy, overly complicated screen experience. We’re looking at you, BMW/Mercedes-Benz. Unlike the “I can’t find what I’m looking for” experience of the competition, there’s something laid-back about the way the Nautilus shares information with you."
Jim Farley
CEO
"The Lincoln team did an incredible job reimagining how to pair ultimate comfort with a user-friendly digital experience. It’s a high-tech, luxury experience on wheels."
